Using a Resto-Veneer System that we manufacture, Texture Limited is able to create virtually any custom colour combination. This unique colouring technique also gives us the ability to repair and age any masonry wall. With the proper colour and texture, it provides a seamless match to any pre-existing brick or stone, inside or out.

WHAT IS IT MADE OF?

Resto-veneers are a unique mix of metakaolin, plasticizers, clay, fiber hair, air entrainer, and a lightweight aggregate material. U.V. resistant iron oxide pigments. Specs available.

PRICING

General Pricing:

The cost of our service is based on a number of factors:

How far we have to travel to perform the work.
How complicated the treatment is.
How difficult the access is.
The volume of units involved.

As a general rule, our service rate is:

$7 per sq ft for Concrete installed
$8 to $16 per sq ft for Brick installled
$7 to $13 per sq ft for Stone installed

To ensure your project is the finest quality, we add these extra details at no extra charge:

• ¼” joints
• Header course every 5 courses
• Soldier courses above windows and corners
• Seamless drywall abutments
• all at NO EXTRA CHARGE!

For application onto wood an additional charge will apply.

Prices can vary in this range under extreme circumstances.
Additions, Repairs & Colour Matching:

Our services also include repairing and colour matching on your existing brick or stone. Should your home require a section that needs the brick and/or stone replaced or repaired, our system can be applied directly over the problem area, providing a seamless match.

Pricing is based on per square foot.

Ask about Resto Fiber Mesh for exterior applications. This new innovative system that features built in weepers that seal around all stainless steal anchors. An excellent alternative to metal lath and aluminum siding. Up to a fifty (50) year warranty.
